3. Subscription Plans and Payments

3.1. Plans

BearGrab offers the following non-refundable plans, which provide monthly credits for downloading Content:

• Free Plan: Limited credits per month with usage quotas.
• Monthly Plan: Recurring monthly subscription with a set number of credits and enhanced features.
• Yearly Plan: Recurring yearly subscription with a set number of credits and enhanced features.
• One-Time Purchases: Single-use credit packs for specific downloads.

Credits are consumed when you paste a URL to download video clips, transcripts, or audio. Credits are restored each month based on your plan, and unused credits expire at the end of each billing period without carrying over to the next month, unless otherwise specified.

3.2. Plan Changes

You may change your plan at any time. The new plan takes effect immediately, and you will be charged the full price of the new plan today. The remaining prorated amount from your current plan will be applied to reduce the new plan’s charge. Your billing will adjust accordingly. Unused credits from your previous plan are forfeited upon plan change, unless otherwise specified.

3.3. Promotions

We may offer promotional discounts, which may change at our discretion. If you switch plans during a discounted plan’s term, the difference between the original and discounted price will be added to the new plan’s cost.

3.4. Non-Refundable

All payments for plans and purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes. You may cancel recurring subscriptions through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no refunds for partial periods or unused credits. Unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation, unless otherwise specified.
